Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If there is a problem, let us know and we will take care of it. We will reshoot your pose, or replace a flawed or damaged portrait.
Yearbook Glossies
Yearbook glossies are provided at no extra charge when the image is included within a package. Yearbook glossies requested separately from package images are $25. Yearbook glossies are only available with the purchase of a package.
Portrait Consultation
As the senior portrait ordering process may pose many questions, we invite you to call Shelley, our portrait consultant, with any questions you may have reguarding packages and pricing. She will aide you in deciding what portraits and poses will meet your needs.
Terms
Session fee is due when photographs are taken. Orders for portrait packages or A-La carte require 1/2 downpayment and are subject to Ohio sales. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks to prepare your order. Visa, Mastercard & Discover accepted.
